So, to enter the bar, you need to be an actuall Sans or Have the Sans' role in their own AUs. That's why SSChara was allowed into the bar. Jazz made an exception fot Pans and now kept the rule...

Also, just been a Sans is.not enough, that's why Jazz have the blacklist, so guys like Error, Nightmare, Horror can't came in...

Poor Lusty... what did he do to get in the blacklist? Just because he is kind of... "flirty"?
